This website operates personalized custom gifts and keepsake products, covering custom wallets, keychains, carved leaf ornaments, film decor, photo albums, photo frames, fridge magnets and customized health supplies. We offer photo and text engraving & printing services for commemorative presents.

2. Custom Service Statement

We produce exclusive goods based on photos, names, dates, quotes and patterns uploaded by customers. Each custom item is individually manufactured per your order requirements.

3. Custom Goods Rule

All personalized custom products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Order changes or cancellation requests are only accepted before 11:00 PM PDT (GMT-7) on the order date. Once production starts, no modification or cancellation will be allowed.

We follow all content you submitted strictly. We take no responsibility for mistakes caused by your blurry images, typos, wrong size selection or improper uploaded materials.

4. Intellectual Property Responsibility

You confirm all uploaded pictures, texts and graphics own complete legal rights, without infringing others’ copyright, portrait right, trademark or other intellectual property rights. You shall bear all legal liabilities if the submitted content involves infringement, pornography, violence, discrimination or illegal elements. We reserve the right to reject orders with unauthorized or unlawful content.

5. Privacy Policy

All your personal data, order records and private photos collected during customization are kept confidential. We will never sell, rent or share your private information to third parties without your permission, unless mandatory by law.

6. Liability Limitation

We only take charge of quality defects and production errors made by our processing. We do not compensate for dissatisfaction caused by screen color difference, normal size tolerance, personal aesthetic preference or uncomfortable usage experience. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages related to our products and services.
